S.M.I.L.E
So i thought, hmmm, maybe i can do smth today...and i SMILEd, that's all i did!
As i was on my way to hospital today, I saw a garbage truck ahead of me. Initially, I tried to avoid the foul smelling truck and wanted to ran cross the street fast. But seconds struck me, and i held back my steps but walked pass the truck instead. Then I saw this garbage man, pushing the big garbage bin towards the truck. He looked quite stern i must say, scary in a way....but then, i quickly put on a BIG smile on my face, and smile at him. Initially, he looked confused, but later he smiled back!! And deep down in me, i made a difference today:))
I passed around the corner,
So if you feel a smile begin,
*quite like my cheeky smile...dun cha:) *
wasSup Doc: so start SMILing..it's gonna be a SUGAR day for you and the person u smiled at!
God has given all of us a beautiful smile..so spread the LURVE!

A&E...full of drama:)
the view..Lol!
though am physically drained by the end of this attachment, I didnt regret completing my placement there at all. It's the BEST God has offered me. With consultants taking time off to teach and guide me personally, with senior doctors letting me do so much hands on, from cannulations to stitches, with great bunch of jolly nurses supervising me..i have no complaint! And all these can only come from my heavenly Daddy who has promised me GOOD:)

PoSt ExAmS:)
By God's grace, some stations were expected and able to answer, but as usual, there were SURPRISES for us..stations like Fundoscopy to check the back of the eyes came out!!! And there were NOTHING about upper or lower limbs examinations when we did a 4 weeks of Neurology!! That's quite..ZhaDao! oh wells, they have their panel of examiners who set the questions. So me, no comment:P
but IN ALL, THANK YOU ALL who made an effort to sms me, to call me, to write me emails and most importantly to keep me in prayerS. These small acts of love of yours really encouraged me loads! One in a million you are:)
Wokay, back to my post exams JOY:) Though we didnt get to go anywhere OUT of Manchester, I guess that's allright, to just have a walk at the Market street without feeling guilt to rush home and study, to take our sweet time, eating lunch and dinner, and chill..GOD is good~ Phew, it's been a while since we last *breath* :)
Celebrated Joel's 21st @ Siam Orchid:) This lil boy is finally LEGAL:P God bless bro!

Our 14 weeks gP placement at Longsight. Us with Dr Moyo and Linda(the GP manager) This GP attachment has been really helpful for us. Every week, Linda will arrange a home visit for us to take history from the patient by ourselves. She would print out the map for us to avoid us getting lost. Then when we come back, we will present the case to Dr Moyo and have a mini discussion with him regarding the patient's condition. It has been a fruitful and productive 14 weeks..TQ~
and Daniel ended the session with his MagiC trickS..we're ALL amazed by it..even our fasci was so intrigued by his..black magic:P

Just yesterday, it was Steph's 24th birthday. So we celebrated with her at this NEWLY opened Malaysian restaurant called Lotus:) They served authentic Malaysian food, slightly pricey but it's worth the money coz the portion is HUGE and they were very generous with the ingredients.
Happy Big Day Stephie:)
Steph's Banana leaf rice! we shared a rojak India..this is super nice with peanut sauce...*drools*
and teh tarik which cost 2pound each..Super 'katok' money!
smileS..Gurls at Lotus:) I ordered Kuey tiew goreng, Shah ordered KungFu chaw and Ly ordered Beehoon Goreng..
Satisfied us:)
and since catering has stopped for 3 weeks because of Easter break, Ly and myself have to cook ourselves..egg with onion, Udon in spicy tomato sauce with chicken, and A BIG POT of white cabbage(only both of us can manage to finish this..the vege LOVERs!)
(:Happy Easter:)
I was reminded about His love again today, how Jesus came to this earth and bear all of our sins, being crucified on the cross and now rose again to show His glory. When we say He understands what we are going through, He really does because Jesus came to this earth as human to experience life as a man. He has feelings, He has been tempted, He wept..most importantly He loves you and me.
Only He can see the brokenness in me now and restore it.
In His time, i surrender.

I see You pierced wounded for me
when I look to the cross I see
I see grace sealed by your sacrifice,
I see love reaching for me
Precious blood washes and sanctifies
Healing flows setting me free
I see grace
